I agree. Debu was just about average and so was Vinit. But I didnt understand what was so great in that small aalaap that vinit did at the beginning of his song - the way HR exulted "wah wah" was a bit overdone (as always?)
Himani is generally impressive - but I didnt like her rendition today. AS was right - the feeling was missing. Nihira was good, but maybe she knew what was in store for her, so it didnt quite impress.
Hema was just good - the baritone voice in which he ended the song at lower pitch repeating "tanhaayee" about 4 times - gave me the goosep***les! He's perfect!
