It is time dependent.
Currently it is HR ka zamana.
JL - Have a best track record.
ID - Has given less scores...but they are great!
AS - Best for BIG B's hits.

I would definetely and any day would say HR.😊. though u all guys hate him but u have to agree his compositions are brillaint. 👏👏. I also like JL but HR is my first option.😃

For your information Hr doesn't have the less votes. Both JL and HR are having less votes. May I just ask u the reason for hating him? I know every people have their opinion and I respect them but in every topic you are just writing HR is bad. Plzzz refrain from insulting HR everytime in your post and that is all I want to say.
