Can some mathematician in the group tell me the Probability of 2 people getting the exact same vote - 9.053 % on a 37 lakh vote count.

It seems that on the day Gaj jee declared 9.053% vote for Nihira and Hema, HR fought very hard to get them both the red light and out. They both did not belong to his gharana. That would be bad for Biz so maybe a deal was cut with HR (to secure Lover boy Vinit. Hence no yellow lights to Vinit so far and HR can confidently say that Vineet ki Love life final main bataunga. How is he so confident of that? Bcoz he has cut a deal with G Singh.
