Since I do not really know Sniti personally I cannot praise her all goodness.. though, even apart form her genuine singing mastery, I really was completely taken by her decency.

I hope she makes the right choices in life, not only in her singing courier because singing is not all that is in life, and she really looks like a good person and deserves all good for her.

As a truly respected person.. you are missed Sniti ji

I looked forward to Mugdha's singing and she was eliminated. I think she is a great singer and now another awesome singer Siniti is gone. Siniti is one of the most classy singer. She has a great personality, a great presence.




. In the remaining singers Sugandha and Abhilasha plus the Bengali singer are the best..I hope they are in top three..

All I can say is Sniti Mishra was the most deserving contestant on SRGMPSS. I'm sure you'll shine one day. And you hv all that one needs to succeed - Talent, determination and strength to endure.

Sniti was the best personality in the whole show, although she was not my favourite singer. I loved her humility and the way she presented herself out there.

Sniti is from Orissa but the name Misra what is it's origin? Is it also native to Orissa? Is classical music very common there? She perhaps comes from a musical family to be so accomplished and highly trained.

Mishra is a common surname in Odisa. All Mishras are brahmins basically, especially the ones in Odisa are. Music is as common in Odisa as in Bengal. I am a bengali brought up in Odisa, so I know this. There are music schools that teach Hindustani classical and Odisi classical. But seems Sniti was trained by a renowned Odiya classical singer.

Thanks. Her mannerism shows that she comes from from a pretty cultured family and that is what counts most, culture and character.

Sniti, I am so sad that you are gone. I will probably not mind missing the SRGMP episodes without you being there.
