Wow, I really can't believe that people are wondering if a singer like Abhilasha is getting undue, undeserved promotion. Can someone please tell me what faults they find in her singing?
Her sur is bang on every time, she has perfect purity in her notes, be it akArs or murkhis. She is in full control over her taal. Please look at how perfect her song renditions are, week after week. Please listen to "gananAyakAya" song, and tell me she's not the best singer in this show.
I have no idea what you people find wrong about her. Maybe it's the fact that Abhilasha doesn't take up songs like heavily classical songs like Bhor Bhayi, like other singers. But I would much rather support a singer who sings all songs well than a singer who chooses to sing only classical numbers and doesn't do justice to it at all.

why dont u hear breathing of abhilasha which is loud and clear when she sings. with this problem i mean how she can be compared as great singer than sugandha. how many classical based song she sang so far only one. she should show her talent by singing more classical based song like sugandha. sugandha is the best singer and peformer among female contestants..

Please listen to Sugandha's Bhor Bhayi, or, as a matter of fact, any performance of hers, count the number of flaws in the performance, then come back to me.

in yesterday episode, after listening abhilasha songs, shekar said notes thore idhar udhar ho kaye the magar........gives 10/10 and another judge also do the same 10/10. what is this calculation. when notes idhar udhar to marks kaise cent per cent!!!!!!! beside this, she is given hero honda stylist performer award!!! ye public hai sab janti hai!!!!!!!!

She got award just because she did lesser mistakes than others. So simple....!!
