Jatin-Lalit true professsional...

Have you noted the way Jatin Lalit keeps their professional life away from this show.

They always appreciated their singers highly but never mentioned about any opportunity or promised anybody for any song in their forthcoming films. They seem to be hyper reactive and diplomatic during the show but when it comes to their profession, they don't take chances.

All other mentors gave some of their team members a chance to sing and Ismailji even gave Sharib a chance but JL shared no intentions of offering a helping hand to anybody's career in future.

Isn't this one of the reasons, they are sitting alone now ?

Its true professionalism or self-centeredness.....?

JL were a joke. They did not have any movies in hand and hence could not offer songs to any contestants. I do not know what they have in their professional life to keep it away from the show!!!

I think JL are the most senior, successful, talented and highly-paid music directors around. I am not sure of their present position but wish that what you mentioned was just a joke.

If what you say is true, their failure in this show has certainly taken many feathers from their hats. They have to prove themselves again.

Does anybody have updated info on the future releases of JL ?

Good Luck JL

Hi All,

I believe it's very easy to sit and criticise. I feel Jatin & Lalit were very much invloved with their participants. Also the support they showed to Shahid was remarkable and deserves respect. I would rather appreciate their support rather than judge how many movies they have in hand. They have given ample good music to the industry. They have given numerous hits and need no further proofs. Jatin Lalit come across as people who appreciate good singers and good music rather than playing favourites as Himesh does.

This is the list that a fan posted on this forum for JL success story.

But where is all that success gone in the recent years, just few movies in the recent years and most of them flop ? Kya ho gaya hai unko ? Are not keeping with the time or audience ka taste change ho gaya hai ?

JL in a relatively short time span have created numerous classics and certain
signature sound that is forver linked with wedding songs, Yash Raj, and
Shah Rukh Khan.

While it appears that they are splitting up, nothing and no one can take away
their legacy of great music. Certainly not some teeny bopper driven poll
which choose marketing (Rajiv) over talent and training (Sharib, Swananda)

Well, you know they recently split up. So maybe they're going through some hard times. But I would love to hear their music again. I mean, they have given us some HUGE hits, esp. DDLJ. Their songs have become a classic.
