So first step first, had to convince my dad to at least check out the car at the dealership. I showed him some pics online and read the specifications online before we went out.
Sunday afternoon, me, my brother and my dad went to test drive the car. There was only 1 2.0 Automatic at the dealership that too in red color. I opened the front door and dad opened the engine. I checked out each and every thing and compared to Honda Civic 2010 I had my eye on for quite some time now. It looked really nice from inside. Had all the rich features and a great interior.
So dad wanted to test drive first. I was Ok with that as I wanted him to get a feel of it. He kept playing around with it on the raod, spending and stopping with a sudden break ' u know all that stuff. Well bottom line, he liked the car.
We came back and checked the Premium version too. It wasn't much different from 2.0, only addition was Sunroof, Keyless Car Starter, and Navigation system. Not worth spending extra 5 thousand dollars on these unnecessary accessories.
Coming back, it was my turn to drive now. Dad sat in the back seat as bro wanted to grab the front seat with his new cool Sister. Lol
As soon I reversed the car to pull out of parking lot, I felt like it might be a little bigger for me. But when I got on the road, I was thrilled to drive such a luxury car. Drive was so smooth, brakes were good, Audio System was great (first song was Tumse Hi from Jab We Met -- bebo ) I just wanted to go on a Highway to fly with it. But it was far from the dealership. Came back to the dealership but just wasn't getting enough of my new dream car. Hyundai Genesis Coupe. 😍
