I share the same sentiments, di. I have a feeling they have her on the show moreso for TRP drama than actual singing. She is definitely one of the weaker contestants compared to the other girls in the competition.

rini, buckle up, dont be like aasma. ek taraf kuan (mughda) to doosri taraf khai (abhilasha) hai. there is intense volcanic eruption in terms of competition. you have a good powerful voice, execute the concept in a correct manner.

I differ. I thought di's performance was a strong one. How strong it was in comparison to the others, I cannot say as I haven't seen the entire episode. I'll get back to my comment on that.

As far as the competition is concerned, yes I agree with Dabulls di. Rini di has to perk it up a bit and challenge herself.

BUT it isn't right to jump to conclusions and say that she's probably in the competition to raise the TRP of the show! Knowing her for 3 years, I do know this much that she's on that stage right now because of her talent, dedication, commitment, and hard work! She isn't on the show for the heck of it.

SRGMP is at a very high level. The singers are VERY strong and VERY good! It most certainly is one TOUGH competition. So she DOES have to challenge herself more and give more "wow" performances! But saying she's there purely for TRP purposes and not because of her talent is WRONG!

Again being able to hear her various videos, I can also conclude that she is very versatile with her singing. She's sung quite a lot of different songs. Now her job is to SHOW that in her song selections. If she fails to do so then it will be a problem. She has to be wise with her song selections!

As Pimp already said, they are on their 5th elimination! The competition is tough! Elimination rounds are going to be scary and sad! But a competition is a competition!

And Choco, I will most certainly add you dear! :)

Whether or Not Rini is there for TRP or for Talent Rani isnt up to us to decide its basically zee tv

but you really dont need to rush to save her,
if she has talent it will speak for herself but as of right now
she needs to stop playing that dumb blonde thing pronto and start showing off what she has because the singers this year are unbelievably talented in comparison

I am not rushing to save her, thankyouverymuch! Neither does anyone have the right to jump to such conclusions about her so early in the competition!

In this competition song selection is most important.

But playing too safe too can be dangerous and selecting a song that reflects one's vocal capabilities is useful, provided it is executed well.

But I fail to understand if people can't "appreciate" then why can't they just stay out of an appreciation thread?! I'm sure they wouldn't want me barging in on their favorite's appreciation thread attacking their favorite!

CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM is allowed! I got no problem with that. But when you make a direct negative comment to a contestant & judge them quickly without knowing what goes on behind the scenes, then I have a problem!
