I fully agree with you both. All Twinkle does is do lot of jhatkas & latkas and no quality singing. Secondly there is no comparison between Paresh & Twinkle. Twinkle should be kicked out according to me. Paresh is improving and it is fun to hear him sing but Hemchandra is a very good singer, versatile & has a strong classical background. So I hope it's Hemchandra or someone as good as him should win the Challenge 2005. What you all feel?

Yes. I would definitely vote for Twinkle. She sings better than Paresh, is consistant now; is an excellent performer; has a very positive attitude; is motivating to others; make her soul sing; her confidence makes others nervous yet does not deter her from doing her best.

Twinkle is a good singer (not great) and a very good performer, not to mention easy on the eyes.

Paresh on the other hand, is not even a good singer, but he becomes good, when you consider the fact that he isnt from India and doesnt speak the language so well, so when you consider that .. his acheievement is pretty commendable.

so , keeping that in mind, i am sure people are going to have their own opinions, but what i dont understand , is people choosing these two over Sharib, whose singing qualites , when seen in conjunction with the two mentioned above, as well as a few who got the greens, is simply not right. The only explanation is regionalism... even Vinit is a bad singer compared to Sharib, there cant be any argument about Sharib's singing qualities. He gets less votes when someone like Ujjaini gets tonnes of votes ???

I dont live in India, and i subscribe to Zee just to watch Saregama, what i really want to know, is how many of my countrymen are really willing to vote on merit of the singing or the performance, and not where he hails from ?? i think we all know the answer.

how else can you explain Twinkle, Himani, and Sharib being the last three while, Paresh, Ujjaini and even Rajeev are sitting with green lights ??

Twinkle is lot better than Paresh. No doubt Paresh is a good singer but there is no originality in him. Twinkle has a lot of orginality and she is definitely Luknow ki Shehjadi. She sings qawalis and Asha Bhosle songs so.....well. Ofcourse she makes good moves because she understands the meaning of the lyrics so..well. I don't know why public is not understanding that part. If she does not win in this challenge then I would recommend her to become a great singer and cut her own music albums. Paresh can go back to UK and do lots of concerts and make money there. In US & UK we need great singers too.

I think Paresh is good because he is willing to learn and has proved it so far, not only with his singing but when he first came to SRGMP he didn't know hindi at all, and as of now he has become pretty good with it.

Also, when ever any of the other contestants don't perform well, they complain that they are sick. But everybody who lives outside india knows how hard it is to spend a couple of months in India and try not getting sick.

I'm visiting India, and am hearing everyone say,..Drink bottled water, don't eat out anywhere..blah blah blah

When has paresh ever said that he didn't sing well coz he is sick or lost his voice? Seems like he is trying his best to stay well and sing well, and for me personally that is good enough, and i'll stay with him till the END.

Paresh's achivement is realy good, but not at the cost of Good & deserving singers, He didnt deserve in Top 10.

Great comments. I think that Twinkle is better trained and thus a better
singer. Now that someone mentioned it, I do admire Paresh for not
complaining about being sick!
