Bizzarre. Thats exactly what my dad said. Guess we will have to see. I'm cracking up at the 10 badaams being distributed.

I think Amir's voice has improved though. Its smoothed out more than I expected.

The jugalbandi betwen deepali and pratibha was quite good and nice.Both was superb.

I am happy both teams gave their best and equal effort and it was not one sided.Their points are neck to neck.

I must thank ZEE for bringing out such a wonderful program. This episode was a real good one. The singing was high class. After a long long time, I am hearing such good songs. Best thing is that both teams have concentrated on singing only, and not on performance. Also both teams have given their best. Kudos to all 👍🏼

Great contest between both team. Although MP was less in experience but shown their big heart to fight it out. Sumedha was clearly best in girls and she has improved a lot from Challenge 2007. She will go long way in playback singing. In c2007 she sang melodious songs but did not try tougher songs. MP team was clearly one of top 3 but eliminated in frist round while less deserving team will be in semi-final.

I really feel like Sumedha deserved more than Prachi but Parthiv deserved a 9.5 and Pratibha deserved a 9. Sorry I don't Prachi is as strong as her teammates. But she has a good voice quality --- I feel like she needs more practice to get her sur perfect.

Contrast that with Pratibha who even with a bad voice shows that she has a better handle on sur. Sumedha -- I feel like she is so talented but was inconsistent in this series.

Deppali -- ok; 7 was ok but I think she was as good as Prachi.

Amir -- nice to hear his deeper voice but I thought sounded good. He sounds like he has been practicing. I don't know this song but it was fun to see them tied.

That Bhool Bhulaya song -- very difficult to sing live. Poor Sumedha, classical against Parthiv,...

I liked Anwesha in this song better.

Gujrat did not fight fair. All three contestants from their side were grown ups. So not fair.

Poor pratibha. Wish her throat was not sore. MP gave a real good competition and left like winners. The way the last jugalbandi was - Parthiv had lot more scope than Sumedha - again, not sumedha's fault but MP paid the price.

I don't think Amir deserved a 9.5 for his performance. But then, I can't stand that kid. So, may be I am a bit biased here.

Thats what I thought too. They had the most experienced singers. They may not have been popular names, but they were far ahead in skill, training, performance and experience. MP on the other hand had rawer talent with someone like Aamir not yet polished. Of course Gujarat were the superior team. But is it fair to pit lions against lambs?
