The lady looks like she's surrounded by darkness from all sides (darkness is analogical to her obstacles in life). She has no one to seek help from and she has to fight for her own self, all alone. Although there is so much darkness outside her, there still shines a little guiding light inside her that is gonna show her the direction ahead. Afterall, no matter how life is, the show must go on. She's feeling hopeless in the picture as of now but I'm sure she will notice that ray of hope soon and use it and that very ray will outshine then darkness that has made her life miserable.

Gosh..i don't know what i juste wrote.....nice pic btw......resembles the battle of a female against her own life.
