But seriously,you can't be just good to survive. You need drama( DD,tarun), good looks(Shalini,Torsha sarkar, Sumedha karmahe), regional support(Prashant,sourabhee deb barma,the late ishmeet), judges support(Vipul n malhar in VOI-2, Toshi n priyani in VOI-1), political mileage( Vaishali mhade,Kapil thappa), TRP staregies( aasma, yashita)

EXCEPTIONS WHO MADE IT FAR WITHOUT ANY OF THESE:nihira, hemachandra,amanat,Rajdeep and Prasenjit of indian idol 4, Anwesha n aishwatya of hote ustaad, anamika n sanchita, Abhas Joshi n Irfan of voi-1, Abhrokanti, Sreyoshi n abhijeet in this version of little champs(don't know how far they will last)

The problem here is alka did a better job at selection than abhijit and that has produced a lopsided competition... now its becoming difficult for producers to even out both sdes....the judges cant say they like all gals can they.. thats bad for the boys.. so just treat the eliminations as going through the motions....

Well, I don't know. I feel that some of the boys have great potential - Yatharth, Abhijeet, Abhigyan, Yashodhan. The problem is that they are all at an age where voices are changing, they don't have control over their voices as much, it is obviously natural. On the other hand, the two girls that I think stand out from the crowd are Shreyasi and Priyanka. They are both older, with more matured voices. I think in a kid's competition such as this one, boys always get held back because of that reason. Season one there was Sanchita, with her matured voice, last season it was Anamika, and now this season its Shreyasi. And in all this, I think the boys are left behind a little bit.

And you're right, its quite apparent that the producers want to even out the eliminations on both sides, but are having difficulty doing so. I think Shalini and Swarit need to go, Antara can follow soon afterwards.

See abhijit has bad tonal quality and pitchy.. so is abhigyan though he has better tonal quality...

the only guy who is not pitchy and has better tonal quality is yatarth.. but he is lifeless.... swarit is just there for couple of episodes.. what was abhijit thinking when he formed this team....

contrasting this with Alkas selection even antara and shalini are pitch perfect most of the time... she has a strong team .. so where is your disagreement now :)

Even i don't think the girls team is stronger than the boys. yes the girls individually may be better than the boys individually but even those 4 names-Yatharth,abhijeet,abhigyan,Yashodhan have promise.3 girls-Sreyoshi,priyanka,farah- were also mindblowing. Now farh n yashodhan have been eliminated

But i feel final 2 (out of this lot) will be sreyashi n yastharth.prodcuers ar epointing that way.Yatharth has more genius, sreyoshi has more hard work. iTS ANYONE'S GAME.

Point is how will the wildcar contestants afre, n how they are like

there are other things like versatility and also sur that has to be taken into consideration !😛😆

My point however is its not lopsided ! Antara and Shalini do seem to get out of sur and yeah you may say it happens in boys also ....but its not like the girls team is so high above the boys team !

Anatra is not as bad as Swarit n shalini

shalini is weakest, followed by swarit, then antara

top 4 should be:

Yatharth

sreyoshi

priyanka

yashodhan/abhijeet

But sadly,priyanka n yahsodhan r gone,so abhigyan can be in top 4

why do u call shalini bad.. she pitches well.. is it her tonal quality u feel bad.. but then antara has the same quality...infact shalini sang the 1942 song really well.. swarit veers a lot.. and is likely to be out...

antra and shalini getting out of sur is not even noticeable.. the guys its galring.. especially abhijit and swarit..and sometimes abhigyan so the other things u mentioned..versatility is not a must... for good singing.. it depends on tonal quality... i would like to hear a bhajan from abhijit... he would massacre it.. 😆
