okay gur, I don't want to stretch this issue, but yeah one thing. When the youtube feature was introduced the old dev team was still here. And one more thing, I already said what I got from the first topic, and the second topic is from 2004 wayyyyyy before the youtube feature was introduced, so I still haven't found a rule that says that we can't post videos one after another. My issue is that each video has a meaning and we can't post embed them all in one post so I have no other choice but to make multiple posts.

Anyways whatever...sorry as I understand you were just trying to do your job. I now dedicate this Sonu song to myself 😆

Gur ur doing grt job.... but har baat pe discussion ho woh toh zaroori toh nahi hai.... every1 has different style, some like to post video, some like to write stuff... some like to just read it. what i think every1 should be given space n freedom to do things they like it but within the rules....

I am with Guru in this one! I see so many threads not related to the show or music or even members on the first few pages, that I have to dig in the pages after the first 2-3 for reading/posting comments for the week's episodes... Digging out some old articles from some site about some kind of music - I dont see any relevance to the show. Why not start a thread regarding that kind of music round in the show after it is done by the producers... I like the games, motw threads, plus music threads where we discuss about music and singers like Sonu or Rafi or the like, but not about some old article that just hppened to have the word 'music' in it, which is nothing about the show or the singers... 😃

I'm with you here, but ALL of that stuff you mentioned must be allowed as they follow the rules of this section set by the old dev team. I am dead against the introduction of any new rule which does not allow any of these things, or even tries to limit them. We can't JUST talk about the show here. How much can we discuss a weekend show for 7 days and maintain this same level of activity on the forum?

And the reason musical topics were allowed here in the first place is because this show has traditionally been deeply connected to the Hindi music industry. Sure the TRP stunts have changed many things but this used to be, and still some what is, the TV show that represents the music industry. We have always had thes biggest musical personalities hosting or judging this show and the contestants are always singing their original renditions/compositions. The show was also known for adressing music industry related issues and having discussions on those. In fact that still somewhat happens, for example when Himesh and Pritam talk about the use of softwares nowadays and voice quality vs. pitch accuracy and stuff like that. We can't just talk about the show, we want to connect it to the bigger picture.😃
