Why is saying goodbye so hard? Why is it that despite all my efforts, I can't stop myself from shedding tears, from letting go, and being strong. No matter who it is, I, arghh, God gave me too many emotions, and a way to feel all of them all at once. *sigh*

I have been listening to Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna night and day for the last few days. I've been repeating Sonu's rendered lines again and again in my head:

Door jaake bhi mujhse, tum meri yaadon me rehna

Kabhi alvida na kehna, kabhi alvida na kehna

But even after that, I can't help but feel down. I know that people leave only to come again, and you still have hope, and blah blah, blah, but why is it that in that moment when all the sorrow comes bearing down on you, these words are just words and nothing more. Shaan's words describe my current state more clearly:

Kuch kum roshan hai roshani,

kuch kum geeli hain baarishein

Kuch kum lehrati hai hawaa,

kuch kum hain dil mein khwaishen

Tham sa gaya hai, yeh waqt aise

And to console myself, I've been listening to Kabhi Kabhi Aditi again and again as well ' now I think I should change my name to Aditi.

Anyways, this topic is dedicated to all the goodbyes we've said, here's to all the ones that leave you feeling empty inside.
