Good to know that at least someone is happy with the hosts. But majority of the people are not, which includes me. Voicing your opinion does not fall under the term, "whining". It's called healthy criticism, which will give Zee an insight to what the folks who actually watch the show think about their tactics to gather more audience.

Where did I say singing has taken back seat? Read my post again! I said the hosting will turn off many people that they will stop watching the show and so the singers will lose votes!!

Pink font - LOL, I thought you as someone who likes to lurk around with new IDs like a ritual, but often manages to use pinkish font. Anyway, if you are not that person, then dont worry. I take the pink font comment back. Maybe I should have said rangeela font instead...

Yes! 👏 Exactly what a few of us here have been trying to say, including the OP. The thread is about hosting, and some people feel it's not good for the show while others have a different opinion - quite natural, and that's why it's called a discussion forum! Else someone can say one thing and everyone else can agree with it - no discussion but just agreements only!

None of us said it's crappy - I mean no one you are discussing this topic with. We raised our sentiments and thoughts on hosting, as the topic is about hosting. We all agree that Afsha and Dairya are cute kids and are doing a good job considering their age and all, but whether we like to watch their hosting boot camp is another issue altogether! Usually first impression last for a long time, and sometimes even after the show is over. It will not change unless there is an age+maturity factor that change with time.

BTW regarding Adi's hosting at the beginning, I wasnt an active member here at the time, so I didnt take part in any discussion on that. But knowing the forum, I am sure people would have commented on it - in favour as well as against it. I saw discussions on his hosting in C09 show and the situation was similar - some people liked him as the host and some didnt. There will always be Yes, No, Maybe, Not sure, No comments, kind of judgments and comments in all discussions.

Now rangeela and pink font - dont worry, it was just a riddle. 😊

I like the unscripted moments too. For example on the very first show, Abhijit said something like chapadjhaju or some similar name and Afsha giggled uncontrollably. That, I think, was quite cute.

So crappy is bad and besura and faltoo are superior words? and btw atleast we haven't used crappy words in any of our discussion..thats makes a discussion healthy...and like you said something about debates...you should know then that a debate is a representational argument and thats what we are doing here, represtnting our thoughts for arguments. No one is ad mouthing the kids, so please leave that aside. Its the hosting part that many of us think needs a major overhaul...

I don't remember using the word crappy here, neither anyone else with whom you are discussing this issue with.
We've already had three weeks of chinko chinky and dhairya-afsa squabbling in the show in the name of hosting and in my opinion, that is enough time for us to decide whether we like it or not. We are actually being pretty much realistic but you are not. You cannot compare this hosting, whether we like it in the first instance or not to the first day and last day of the school. If we're not pleased with a certain thing about the show, it's rather important to express it and be more constructive instead of waiting for THE day when we have no more complains. We are not being able to put up with the first three weeks of squabbling. So, I don't see how waiting for one-two more weeks is gonna help the cause. It would rather intensify the discontentment and drive away a lot of viewers.
And I completely disagree with what you wrote about Aditya Narayan. Besura singing and "faltoo" dancing?? Well, and I thought you were the one talking about how to give healthy criticism earlier. You could've stated it in a more "healthy" way, couldn't you?😊
And no idea who the rangeelis and pinkies are. But I assume those comments were directed to you by others. Rather intiguing. But I'd like to stay away from such mysteries.😆
