nihira had done playback singing
she has sung dhadak dhadak from bunty aur babli which is a hit

This song has first a mukhada and antara in male voice that is Udit Narayan. Then there is mukhada and antara in female voice. The female voices on mukada and antara appear to be different. The credit on song says the singers to be Udit, Sunidhi and Nihira so obviously Nihira has sung either the Mukhada or Antara. What did she sing? Or did I get it completely wrong?

nihira has sung only the chant din-dhinak-din-dhin-dhin-na. the main singing is by sunidhi & udit narayan

so you can not really call it playback singing.

i love nihira's voice and i wish she makes it big like shreya goshal in bollywood.

Nihira has sung songs with very high degree of difficulty.When I think of old songs like Jyoti Kalash Chalke and O Basanti Pawan Pagal no other contestant except her can do justice to those songs

I agree. Just one test. Lata Manageshkar masterpiece-- "Kuhu Kuhu Bole Koyaliya" ( Suvarna Sundari, 1955, Music - Adi Narayan Rao) -- give it to Nihira and all other contestants and you will see none come any closer to her. With her outstanding voice quality and complete mastery over every high and low note, she would leave all others far far behind....

YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now we are talking about something with substance. I would like to see Twinkle or Swananda try one of those songs. Adding to those song when Nihira sang Shamshad begam's "Kajra Mahobat wala" 3-4 years ago, it was Just awesome.
