I do not know her personally and whatever I have seen her is edited version on TV. But just like few answers in an interview makes one decide about a candidate, same goes here.
My analysis about her is that she appears to have over-confidence. She perhaps thinks that she needs to focus more on her performance and forgets that her singing is not that great yet. Her body language is very arrogant. There is a thin line difference between confidence and arrogance. If you have a submission in your eyes and then you sing confidently, that is a different story. What she does is like an established artist. And then she does not show any fear or submission. In spite of getting the yellow card once, she went on saying to Jatin & Lalit that she will win next day. Now that is over-confidence and arrogance.
Whether she is a good singer or not and whether she will become what is not my concern and all these are relative. But she definitely does not look like afraid of anything and eventually of she loses then I want to hear how gracious she is about that.
She should show as if this is a god sent opportunity and make as much learning as she could but instead when judges or mentors give her the feedback , her facial expressions are far from a look which is trying to be thankful for that.
Beside all these I feel that she tries to imitate the singers and she does not have any originality. If I have to hear those sizzling, "Aah..and ooh" and then I would rather not hear her but there are many more available elsewhere. I am yet to hear a good song with good range and classical mix from her.
So that is the reason why I call her arrogant. May be that term is not correct but you are getting the thing which I feel about her, right! Again, I may be completely wrong, as it has happened with me so many times, when I had a different opinion about some of my classmates in my beginning days and after few months of closeness, I was laughing at my initial opinions about them. Who knows she is also one of those cases and she might be a gem of a person if I know her more, and I wish that she is like that and not what she appears to be, in reality, in which case my apologies, else no regrets!

It seems you spend a while analyzing her and writing this down. You should stop judging someone in a wrong way. You do not know her as much you have written here about her personality. When every one is crying or trying to laid down. She is the only one who is in high spirit and did not care about outcome what she said and backed it up by winning. That is a bold statement by indian women in India. More likely she is not going to win in finals but people with that much confidence one day lead others. Best of luck to her for what ever she does in life.
Twinkle's confidence shows, it should not be interpreted as arrogance

I was very good in my OB(Organizational Behavior) during my MBA, so may be that is why I like analyzing people so much!
OK, your point is well taken that she is a bold future for Indian woman in India but so are the other participants. What makes you feel that being stubborn and unpleasing makes her stand out? Do you think that polite and soothing way of other participants is not a good indicator for future for Indian women? I guess we watch all these participants for their one strength and that is their singing. And all these participants have a long way to go and they should learn as much as they can from each opportunity, instead Twinkle appears to kind of exhibit her strengths already. Thanks to Ismail, she is getting even more support to continue to grow the same way as she wanted (remember comments by ID to her after that episode when she had got yellow card, ID was advising her that never mind people's criticism, pointing to Jatin Lalit's remark when they had mentioned that this much of over-confidence in a newcomer is too much and they had said that how they used to be afraid to face their mentors in their early days..and so on).
May GOD bless her with good senses. Only if she considers herself as a student in her life and wants to learn from everyone, she could grow. I heard Lata saying once that she is still not pacca in classical ragas yet, now that is what makes a person great and not just by claiming that I will win next day and blah blah..

Dude, I do not have as much time like you. I hope you are using your MBA to help your company grow because I know if I had MBA which I do not, I would not be spending this much time on forums.
