Ah I am unable to comment but these persons normally have problems coping with basic daily activities.

Not every parent want them or can afford to care for them.

But studies have shown vast improvement where they are treated with love and respect.

Marriages between close familymembers can also cause such problems.

Yup, its absolutely true, i myself know 2 such children, who with proper care, have shown great improvement.😊
