It depends on your outlook on "regret". I take it as a part of my growth. Regret can improve you, change you as well as heal you. If you don't regret anything then there's no way you can open up to the future possibilities. Whatever you are now is because of all those past life experiences, and I think I have succeeded in overcoming most of those regrets I have had in the past and wish to do so in future. Do I HAVE to share a particular personal experience though?
