As far as Pratibha not being the best among her genre, well I think that also contributes to the fact that there are way too many female singers in her genre. Almost all female contestants are part of that classical/semi-classical field. Because they're are less people in Yashita's genre, it makes it seem as though she's the best. Comparing Mauli and Asma to Yashita, is undermining Yashita's talent.

hmmm.. you have a point.. but yashita CAN be compared to sunidhi is what i'm saying.. shreya tho is 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 times better than pratibha.

The best female contestant is Vaishali.

Even if she doesn't win this contest, she will go places. Whereas Pratibha /Yashita will be forgotten.

Vaishali is the one to watch out !!!!!!!!!!

I like Pratibha better than Yashita because I like her voice better, she doesn't loose sur as often as Yashita, she doesn't go in to falsetto all the time like Yashita, and her song selection is better. Both of them aren't that great though compared to Himani, Nihira, Ritisha and of course Shreya and Sunidhi.
