offbeat i guess would mean, nothing dance clubbish type, nor all smooth, but just one of the other category songs... ermm..something like shuba mudgal songs or kailash kher type, they have their own spot as in creativity and connecting with their audience in ahigher note than just for the sake of singing

and for prathiba i didn't mean her voice sounded like shreya's but [IMO] just how u can compare sunidhi and shreya...sunidhi is an all rounder when shreya is a soft singer

and for asma....ermm... i guess she could go back to oman and sing arbi songs, no doubt she has a good voice, but until unless u understand the language nd the depth of each word the song seems hollow... [not bashingly meant]
