Vaishali is def. not a complete package like Pratibha

Depends on which song you ask them to sing. If it is a peppy type song, Yashita is probably better. If it is a slower song, Pratibha is better. If you purely compare singing skills, Pratibha has an edge over Yashita.

Anyway, I think Vaishali is superior to both of them - she virtually manages to sing difficult songs with relative ease!

i think both r really good but yashita sings mostly the newer modern upbeat songs, while pratibha excels at all the others. pratibha is definitely more versatile.

Exactly. When it comes to Y vs P, there is no doubt - Prathibha for sure (I will not hesitate for a sec even if asked in my deepest sleep). Yashita only sings disco/rap songs, whereas Prathibha has a clear versatility along with voice quality and sur.

Ritisha seems o be favourite in VOI 2 and Torsha in indian idol because they are 'complet packages'

why should saregama not give up its staid image and go for a complete singer in terms of looks, singing,personality??

pratibha fitrs the bill,like sumedha last year and Himani the yaer before

same reason why poonam and Nihira could not,depite being better singers than sumedha and himani

so today sumedha and himani are ahead

similarly pratibha and yahsita will be ahead of Vaishali because they ahve X factor- I wish Mitika was alsoa round

What was wrong with Poonam's looks? She was cuter than Sumedha and had a very sweet smile too - not to mention her voice quality and sur in her songs - she literally rocked the stage! Appearance and looks have nothing to do with singing and I definitely agree with Akanna Ji that Poonam was a superior singer and that ID was not biased at all. The thing I don't like is why Saregama or even all of his bring personal issues or lives of all these contestants.

Speaking of Vaishali and Prathiba - they both are very good singers and it's very hard to decide who is better, in my opinion Vaishali is a bit better but unfortunately she is not going to win the contest (Prathiba's fan base is very strong).
