why Himesh is banned by Navratri organisers?

Just saw the news on broadtimes (TOI) that because of royalty being charged by T series on new Himesh's songs, Navratri organisers have banned him , reacting to which he said it is a big loss. Can some one please shed light on this? AFAIK no one till now has charged royalty for playing songs in festivity seasons, is it a new development?

Thanks for news. What a setback, hope they can sort things out . T series should drop royalty charges. No one else is charging.

but is it because there are mutiple claimers of his new songs or just that T series has decided to collect royalty on all out put from T series.

Himesh Reshamiya fans will miss out on his nasal voice this dandia as many of the navaratri associations have banned Himesh's songs.

After his debut film became a surprise hit, Himmesh Reshammiya- the actor- has been on a roll and he already has five films in his kitty. Himesh with the nasal voice that hypnotized the nation, is not so happy as his songs are not going to be played at the dandiya gatherings this navratri.

Due to royalties being charged by his music label T Series, many Navratri functions have banned Himesh's songs and Himesh is aware of the damage. 'My songs have been banned and I will suffer because of that', the singer turned actor said.

Yes I would have loved to hear "Tandoori Nights". All the Indian Restaurants should play this song so that the sale of Tandoori Roti and Chickens go up.

Well T series are releasing their own Navaratri Album too with Karzzzz included. this is all getting confusing.
