Dude! you can tell this guy's real nice cos he gets along with other contestants so well. He's obviously very well trained. But I just don't think he has that uniqueness, that quality that distinguishes superstars from Thursday night ghazal performers. Then there is the inconsistency of performances, in fact I think he delivered one truly great performance, "Naina" and even that didn't hold a candle to the original by Rahat Fateh. And most importantly, he reeks of utter desperation, I find it almost pathetic, seeing him try to outperform his worthier opponents, I have never seen him comfortable, in control or simply confident during performances, dude's just trying way too hard. I mean he got the pimp slot in the pop week and he screwed up the ending. I would hate to throw destiny in the mix here 'cos I myself believe in an external locus of control but the dude jut doesn't have it IMHO, maybe he has a different calling. He just wasn't a born a singer, I think he trained to become one, and while I am not saying people are born with perfect sur, but at least there are people who are born with such innate talent that all that vocal training is worth investing in kinda like those 2 finalist girls from VOI juniors.
