Fareed Ahmad is now out. so sad.

He surprisingly sang RABBA very well with lots of feeling. He needs to be brought to the attention of the IF members. He should be appearing this week against some tough competition.

In the introduction round Fareed sang "Maula Mere". He has no fanfare and is under-rated. voice very rich and powerful.

Yes Summer3: I agree with you 100%. Fareed is not getting proper attention in the show and that has always surprised me.

wowww ..thanks summer for the link ...I guess with overdose of SRGMP in these past 2 weekends I missed Fareed's Maula Mere somehow 😕...He is indeed a very very talented singer ...He went to that high pitch Ishq hai so effortlessly .....

...superb..outstanding ...mindblowing ...!!!!😃 ..yup he might be the dark horse ..He should go to top 12 at least ....

Yes some think he will be the next Raja. But he has so far not sung other song types yet. Anyway I prefer a singer to be very strong in a particular genre of songs so as to achieve an identity. There are not many singers who can be Super Versatile, still the search goes on.
