Please help me...how do I upload a video in my posts? I mean not just a link...the viewers must be able to click on my video directly thro my post...how is it possible? Pls help

u can include only youtube Videos..
just type:
[YOUTUBE] Link of video [/ YOUTUBE ]
(Remove all spaces)

need help... how do i post the link of my ff with a name? so that i write a name and when someone clicks on the name they are directed to the page. i usually post the link but see many posting just the name. thanks in advance.
