I am sorry to have not replied to your message little earlier as I was quite busy for past few months.

You cannot judge the wanted and the unwanted people but you could really take care of people who use abusive language and who just keep on posting the same replies and messages like asking for videos and written updates.
That is really irritating and frustating. Except that I see no other problem.
