Ok, will do now. I think, earlier she was able to log in from phone and then even that wasnt happening.

Try as much, but I have been unable to login from my devices, except my phone. I have mailed at the provided email address, and hope for an expedited resolution of all issues.

Looking at all the problems mentioned in this thread, seems like my friend's (IamSwapnali) login problem is entirely different. It's not about 403 or such error. It's not about validating the email address also. All it says after every time she tried to login is "invalid login attempt".

She is using the same credentials she used on the old website.

Can someone get back about this?

My user login finally seems to be working. And along with it, NoCopy and Membersonly is functional as well. After an initial glitch, the site looks better and is working smoother.

First thing I would do is, clear all the browsing history, passwords, browsing data and all that Jazz and re boot the device and try it again

Thanks dear. I will pass on this to her. From what I know, she tried all this and tried using different devices, different browsers etc. But nothing helps. It only says invalid login attempt. If she uses the forgot password option, it asks for email address, but she doesn't remember which one she has on the account.

I posted a comment more than 4 hours ago and it disappeared. I was scratching my head until now. I think it has disappeared because I put @ in place of [at] in the following email id.

I remember Swapnali changing her UN. We even had a chat on Strokes of Serendipity story.

I have another suggestion. Can Swapnali send an e-mail to the above e-mail address and send all the email ids she used in the last 10 years? I know we are all used to visit IF regularly and suddenly if we can't visit for reasons beyond our control it frustrates. She can give the current e-mail address she wants to use and admin can change it for her. Then she can use the forgotten password option to get access.
