Vijay,

I had ordered two copies of the October issue by depositing a cheque at the nearest HDFC bank as stipulated. After, this I sent a mail to the e-mail address given: orders@zingmag.com with the details. Unfortunately, the mail didn't go through and I received a Delivery Failure notice.

What should I do now.?

Thank you for ordering Zing and supporting this new venture of ours.

Normally it takes 4-7 days in delivery once the magazine is shipped. For all orders we would be providing a tracking number through email so that one can check the status of the shipment.
