Awww recruiting happens once to twice or sometimes more in an year depending on the active members in BC, so if you missed the last one there will surely be another chance in the future.Meanwhile you can try and apply for CC.

It says if you pmed the first task then you would definitely get a pm of TASK 2. She said she would send it on the 11th I'm guessing in order to be fair for ppl who are on different time zones :)
