no it is not necessary that u have the pic with the celebrity

but the celebrities pic should not be used anywhere else it should be the one that u clicked...when u spotted them

hey just a question. how will v know if our entry has been selected..??? will v get a mail or sumthing..??? n in wich month edition will it be published???????????
