Vijay.. but we do have to refresh our page to get our name on the active list.. cuz whenever I am reading an update or writing a lengthy post (or even the short ones take time for me as I think more than write! lolz) or watch the dramas online... i noticed that my id is gone by the time i get back on the first page. 😕

Well after my communication with Connie it was understood that she was not aware that "Opera' auto refresh is not allowed.

So we give her benefit of doubt and update my original post and have removed the word "cheating the system".

And my sorry to Connie for using that word. I hope you can forget and get on with the next month's contest.

Vijay,

Firstly do not call me a cheat because I have not cheated, I have been using the auto refresh button since the Amey Date Fanclub was closed and the forum was slow.

In the contest rules you never mentioned about any auto refresh thing all that was said was the member who is logged on and I never log off.

It would be nice if you would have explained all this in a better way rather than calling me a cheat.

This is such a small competition and I really was not looking forward to win it. I have been using the auto refresh for very long.

Hey Connie,

Well the idea was to find the actual IF Addict who really spends time on India Forums instead of using Auto-Refresh thingy which takes a lot of our Bandwidth and further slow the server.

I have already updated my post and also put up a post above yours.

I guess we are still friends .. 😳

Vijay I just want you to know that next month too when you have the contest I will still be logged on.

So pls do not calculate my time, my system at home is too slow and sometimes it takes me long to get into the forums so I always use auto refresh anyway.

I am telling this in advance so that next time there is no mis understanding.😊
