i just came to knw tat Saint Tulasi DAS, is not a sage...i got splashed for calling Saint tulasi das a "sage"...

Baithe hain yahaan aas lagaaye hum,
Ki aaj phir humse koi jawab mangega!

tulsi das answer it will accept only poet. though he was a sage first and then became a poet!! i got splashed on sage too, then got it right with poet. and kruti, wah, your hindi is awsome man. good poetry

sage translates into Hrishi or Maharshi in regular english-sanskrit translation.

Saint translates to Sant.

Therefore while Sant Tulsidas can be called Saint Tulsidas, he cannot be called a 'sage'

tulasi das was always referred as Sant Tulasi Das, or Swami Tulasi Das, or Saint Tulasi Das. He is a gr8 devotee of Rama, tats y he wrote Ramacharita maanas. He didnt write tat as a poet...

i think he is a Sage..

tulasi das, Sur das, Kabir, all these ppl r called as sages..

my hindi is not so good...but i am very comfortable with sanskrit words (not grammar...just words 😆 ) so it becomes easy to read/write in derivative languages of north and west india!

tulasi das, Sur das, Kabir, all these ppl r called as sages..

nope these are all sants...sage=rishi and we dont call any of these - tulasidas, surdas or kabir as rishis...

just a technicality i guess 😃
Lekin isi technicality ki vajah se this quiz has made so many people cry

Actually Tulasi Das was called a Sage poet...tat option was not thr....

i am still stuck with this "Glucagon" question...no1 is helping me 😭
i am stuck with it, for last 5 hrs.. 😕
