Good explanation Kruti. So the dog was tied to the outside and running on the outside of the shed in a circle? It could have been tied on the inside. The reach of the dog also depends on how big the dog is right?

click on the image to see the full pic...the area marked as A and B are the only areas that the dog can cover (assumption is that he cannot get into the shed). for the area A, it is one fourth of a circle with a radius of 2.5. the formula for area of circle is pi*r^2 where pi=3.14.

Area B is 3/4th of the area of the big circle (the point where the rope can allow the dog to reach if the shed was not there.

So the dog can move around in the total area A and B only. I hope this is a little more clear 😊

cuttlefish, bcos it is a cephalopod like octopus and squids. they are never heart broken and is always with royalty.
