Rules are slightly confusing. Winning solely depends on the person you send the baloon to? And if you answer the question correctly then does your baloon count also reduces by 1(one)?

Hey guys...Vijay is working on the contest, but once it starts we'll let you know. As Amna has explained, once it starts, there will be a link to where you can access your balloons and start sending them to ppl.

p.s. once the contest starts, send as many ballons as you can to sree_20 😆 👏
