Mayor just declared state of emergency...it's started pouring with winds...they are telling us to be prepare for no power for even a week

We have a bunch of new shelters opened.

Rain in intensifying in NY. STAY HOME AND DON'T GO OUT. If you are out, go home before the rain gets worst.
