Click on edit profile.....on basic option change ur email id to gmail if u hav a gmail a/c...then u will be automatically sent a message from IF team.

..... ur request will be sent to the user..... its upon hiom / her to accept or reject.😛

If u don't want such mails .... then again go to ur profile cilck on edit....n go to Preference option..(wr u select ur Vid Avtars)....u will see this(red highlighted) line as 5th option.
