Lol I agree the way Indu and Sanchi behave in this dumb tit for tat war, it's becoming harder and harder every day, to see what act and who is in the wrong! At times Sanchi delivers a low blow, and at other times Indu does a despicable act.
If my prediction comes true and Sanchi does once again backstab Indu, then I think CV's are trying to raise the age old debate of 'Does the ends justify the means?'
All Sanchi wants now is to fulfil her vow of chasing Indu permanently from the campus, and her life. Personally IMO she doesn't want justice she wants revenge, as she is hell-bent on humiliating him, and bringing him to his knees. She even said that 'she wants him to fall at her feet in front of everyone begging for forgiveness'.
Now I'm not saying that Indu isn't an egotistical ass, because no matter how much I adore his character, I can't deny the fact that he is. Yet also IMO Sanchi too has an ego problem. From day one she was shown as a girl who was extremely ambition us, and determined to become a somebody in life. She wanted fame, power and riches, but she wanted to earn it by her own merit. She was never someone who wanted the world handed to her on a silver platter. Sanchi wants the world yes, but she will take it herself. I'll admit I don't like Sanchi as a character, but this is one thing I do love about her, the fact that she is so determined to prove that she doesn't need anyone's help to make it in this harsh world.
But she still has a huge ego nevertheless. She didn't only think she was too good for Indu (she was right there, as no matter what Indu says he is a layabout and gunda!), but she arrogantly thought she was worth more than the value of his love for her. Too this day she hasn't realised that the love that Indu has for her, is the most precious thing that the world has, and is in fact worth more than a billion Sanchi's or Indu's!
Indu running around after like a deranged manju only fuelled her ego, as she consistently publicly ridiculed him, but he still came back to her like a love sick puppy. She seriously loved the fact that she could hit, insult and fool him, and believed that he didn't retaliate as she was better than him. Not because he loved her.
Her ego also increases when anyone compliments her, and mehak, sitaram, and her parents run around practically proclaiming her as nothing short of Einstein reborn! For example look at the way the press only had to give her a few syrupy compliments and she was soon, spilling her guts about the fake suicide. Also how she is fuelled by the professors and VC appreciative remarks, to tackle Indu.
Again when the students praise her, her ego takes over, and she believes that she is invincible, and that she can take on anybody and anything.
This is why she believes that she can get away by backstabbing Indu, and exposing any corruption in the uni. But again her ego will blind her to her own wrongdoings. I'm sure that a quite few politicians enter politics for the greater good, and the adamant belief that they won't stoop to any immoral or corrupt deeds. Still when the game gets dirty and they see that victory is becoming further from their reach, they might well bow down to pressure to behave other than they normally do. Again the fact that their cause is just, and that they are in the right, and that they believe that they are best man/woman for the job, will delude them into believing that they are not being corrupt.
And this is what I think will happen with Sanchi, her ego and thirst for revenge, will blind her to the fact that she is slowly becoming everything that she was meant to stand against. She hated Indu for his aggressive, underhand methods, but once she takes off her own rose-tinted glasses and see what politics has done to her, she will see him in a whole new light.
And for once SP might give us a worthy heroine. As for once we will hopefully have a lead, who doesn't lament at the fact that they were led astray, by another's manipulations, but they in fact let themselves down.
But again Sanchi is a fighter, and she will come back, even from the blows she has delivered to herself. And if/when she does, that is the day this show will really get interesting, once she faces people, with an understanding to why and how, they do corrupt acts. Especially if they show a more humbled and empathic Indu alongside her. Because that boy really needs to take a long walk in the 'little people's shoes'!

Suki, awesome post! Beautifully written. I agree, I have always found Sanchi snobbish, not only Indu but she too needs to learn. Just hope in trying to own the world and revenge she doesn't loose out on the most precious thing ever. Love!
