Just finished whole week episodes. Palak is one who started it. Ishika seems to me from conservative family. College student that does not mean they will do kissing scene in open. Ishika does not know them. It's not possible for her to read people's mind including Roop. She did and doing based on what is in front of her. Can not be blamed totally for all the mess.

From Ishika's pov - this is what she sees and reacting too.
Palak is the main instigator as i said before. Each day its Palak and then Ishika replies back to her with whatever Palak tried to do first and say... and in that Roop gets misunderstood. The steering wheel bit and the bag bit was childish moves made by Palak first and making things more worse
It does seem like Ishika's from conservative family, also in the way how she presents her, the way she dresses, and respectfully stands up for herself etc
