Palak is an innocent baby girl and her character demands an innocent beauty with talent. So my first choice would be Helly Shah. Helly is a talented actress with innocent beauty. My another choices would be Tridha Choudhury and Shargun Mehta.

Haha...I know how much SV fans hate them. The CVs favoritism for them is quite open to all by now and how they changed the whole story for their so-called "ladlas".
Anyway, SV won't be treated in the same way here. We all know how much strong is his character in this show. And no one can deny his powerful acting. So this show will surely help him gain lots of praises and accolades.

But helly has got a bit girlish looks. Plus she is quite short in height as compared to SV.

Also, whenever I see her, I remember her mahanta type scenes. Crying buckets in SR and Devanshi.

Yes I agree. Helly is quite short in height as compared to SV but she is a pretty girl who suits for Palak's character. Shashank-Helly Jodi will remind viewers about Ranbir-Alia Jodi.

Shargun is busy with movies and she is not doing shows.

Tridha Choudhury is perfect opposite SV. She is beautiful and her height is almost same as Shargun Mehta.

i agree helly is short.but shes gud luking & cute & fab.

but even prats was short like helly but she & shanky had v .gud chem.

i agree tridha is also gud .

but my all time fav will b sargun,then sara khan & helly shah both.4 pairing wid sv.

@siya swara was not mahan. she was mahan only 4 ragz in SR. oderwise her ckt was not mahan like usual mahans of TV

and in devanshi she dint cry much .

@tiny5 sorry yaar, but I feel that what the CVs did with ragini's character was wrong. She was made negative overnight in the show just to get their favourite sanskar in the show positive. And regarding swara, believe or not but she was displayed as mahan in the show. Every problem or dispute was solved by swara the great. Anyways let's forget about it.

Basically, I am not her fan, so I don't want her to join the show. I don't want SV'S character in the show to be overshadowed by her.

P.S-no offence to Helly Shah fans!

i dont think helly will overshadow sv's ckt.and i know swara was not mahan i'd watched the entire show each every scene & dialogue. so 4 me she was not mahan like usual Indian Tv FLs r.rather i wil she was made mahan jabardasti 2 show ragz in gud lite & that non existent sis bonding.

ragz was not made -ve over nite 2 make sanskar +ve.she'd grey shades like she was stubborn & not moving on types bcoz of dadi's wayof bringing up. in subtle ways tho she was shown traditional & ragz was always had tendencies 2wards greyish side.

i m not saying this bcoz of my dislike 4 ragz & tej. i used 2 like both more than swara & helly initially & used 2 like both tej & ragz till long time even tho ragz was -ve ( in general way)but i never felt she was made -ve overnite. even tej said she was told that despite her ckt being traditional she knew ckt was grey.

but yes they made her +ve illogically & 4 that they ruined laksh's ckt then parineeta & adarsh and 2 sum extent both swara & sanky

but lets agree2 disagree on this.
