After Future Studios 1, Mona Kapoor has come up with Future Studio 2 right behind the first one. "We had a land right behind our studio and for a long time the producers have been demanding sets for exclusive use. I thought of an idea and decided to build a three-storied building without pillars. That way I managed to get two sets on every floor. Now I have six sets in all," she says.

"Even in the past, producers have booked sets for years to work on a certain project. So, I wanted to experiment and it is working well for the time being," says Mona. "Sony wanted me to build a set for Vaidehi. The next generation house of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Risshton Ki Dor are the other serials which have their exclusive sets at Future Studios now.
