SUHAS ABHYANKAR - He is the only brother and after his parents die he takes care of his sisters. He who sacrificed his dream of becoming a doctor for upbringing sisters has got some supplies business. He is married and loves Nayonika and does everything for her.
NOYANIKA ABHYANKAR -Noyanika is married to Suhas but she she is not happy in the relationship. She wants to somehow get Rahul Raichand an industrialist to fall in love with her and all she thinks is how she can get Rahul Raichand.
SUBHANGI SHAH- She is Suhas sister and the oldest of the girls. She is close to Suhas and is married and was not living with her brother and sisters till now as she was thrown out of her house.She has 2 kids.
KUNAL SHAH- He is a good for nothing husband and all he knows is to come up with filmy dialogues for any situation he is in.
TEJASWINI ABHYANKAR -Tejawini the main person of this show . She loves her brother and wants to do anything to help her brother . As her brother was not able to fulfil his dream of becoming a doctor she studies hard and becomes a gold medalist in Microbiology .She works as a nurse next to Rahul's construction site.
MANASI ABHYANKAR -The youngest is Mansi who Suhas treats like a baby and Manasi feels that Noyanika is not a good match for her brother Suhas .
KK DHANRAJ- He is a businessman who will do anything to get what he wants. He is ready to spend as much money to get what he wants and similarly will do anything to get what he wants.
RAHUL RAICHAND- He is a successful industrialist and works with his uncle KK Dhanraj. He is currently working on building a shopping mall. HE is engaged to Dhanraj's daughter Tara
TARA DHANRAJ -Tara is an arrogant spoilt rich brat who just wants to get married to Rahul.
KHATRI - He is the director of the hospital where Teju works. He is ready to do anything that Dhanraj wants and for that he gets paid.
RIA- She is another nurse in the hospital who is Teju's friend and tries to get her out of situations.
SUKAYA- She is also another nurse in the hospital and is jealous of Teju. So she is always trying to do things to ruin Teju's happiness in the hospital.
RONNIE - He is Manasi's boyfriend and he works as a chef at Uncle Sam's resturant.
IMRAN - He is Rahul's assistant at the construction site who tries to tell Rahul about his uncle's dealings
MANJEET - This is Rahul's friend who is not convinced Rahul loves Tara
DR RAJ - He works with Teju and also there for her and supports her at all times. He loves her but Teju just treats him like a good friend.
