The segment shows Aarav and Arundhati in a car whole its raining heavily outside . Their car breaks down in the middle of the road. Arundhati apparently got sick while she was in Aarav's office and Aarav was taking her to the hospital but their car broke down.

I could see Arundhati wearing sindoor. Maybe Aarav has accepted her as his wife or maybe he is forced to do so. Or maybe it's a flashback. What do you guys think? Also this shows he cares right?

Exactly. But maybe he starts feeling for her a little. It can be that his father brought Arundhati home as bahu. But it's really sweet that he was taking her to the hospital. Or maybe it's a flashback.

Thanks for sharing..i think it's a flashback scene.the way aaru always blabber i'm his wife..i will not be surprised if he had filled his maang with sindoor before.
