It was a blooper. The timeline of the sequences do not match. As per Dheeru's version Sudha learnt her brother is dead after she was sent to a mental asylum. It was right after the birth of Narottam or even when she was pregnant.
Also, it has been six years Sudha is out of the mental asylum. When did she learn Purushttom was dead even for faking it? If its just 5 year old story, how does Dheeru know about it when Dheeru had left LM atleast 10 years before?
