Fancy Business terms, legal heirs and Cliched heartattack

So, I was a bit disappointed by last episode. I wasn't disappointed by characters but mostly how they just throw around whatever business term that suits them without fully understanding the meaning. For example, Trustees, why are they managing royal steel and why would a trustee of all the people ask for their investment back?? That's not how it works. It felt weird watching the whole meeting between trustees. I could understand if there was board of directors meeting or a meeting for share holders but trustees, that went over my head. Also really, after threatening to kill Anami, Guruji, trying to make Avdoot the heir, he can't take the heat of one official meeting without getting a heart attack. Cliche as hell. Now Narottam...I am sorry but he has no legal claim to Royal Steel in any occasion whatsoever here. No matter, how much he tries to manipulate the politics within Lal Mehal, that has no significance in terms of Royal steel. Sudha and Narottam bekar mein apna waqt barbaad kar rahein hein and lal raang yahaan waha fek rahein hain. If Sudha has some business claims or acumen, I'd say Narottam has a chance. But some courtesan from an unknown land cannot waltz in and make her son an heir when they have never recognized him legally to begin with. So, they can kill as many Vatsalya and control as many Anami as they would like, Royal Steel would never be theirs.
I am not feeling this week's episodes as much as I'd like. I hope its better next week.

even I was disappointed by last ep. Maybe because I was anticipating some family scenes. the episode was filled by so much negative vibes. They should have shown baldev atleast showing some emotions to anami's sickness.
I want to see more anami and satrupa scenes. The politics can wait when anami is proved to be the heir.

The episode wasn't all that negative. Watch the scene when Dadi and Satrupa are checking in on Anami.

When all is done. Dadi turns around and looks at dada who is watching from balcony with the rest. Dadi gives dada a smile. Baldevs and pujans reaction 😆😆😆 they end up leaning in and staring at dada😆 they were like, huh, romaancceee.

Exactly, what does these people have to do with who will be the next heir? Vatsalya was heir on papers only. Even then Satrupa handled everything. Vatsalya would have left for US for higher studies anyways. How does it effects the business that too to a limit that it can ruin them completely? Royal steel and Lal Mahal are two different topics.
Since adoption is an option, Vikramaditya could propose the same to his business partners and ask for some time until mourning period was over . Why rush to for Pagdi rasam that too without asking for Satrupa's consent?

EXACTLY!
A trustee is someone who holds something for the benefit of the owner. They have no say of their own and must act in accordance with the owner's directions. A board of directors meeting would make more senses. Only the shareholders can pull the plug.

okay, as far as I understood those Trustees were trustees of the groups that had investments in Royal steel since such a huge company needs huge investments to run smoothly. so they were threatening to take out their trust investments out from the Royal steel since the stock prices were falling. I am not so sure about this though. this is what I simply gathered from the episode.
also I invest in shares so I know how any uncertainity over the future of who will next lead a company causes a huge drop in their prices.
As for Vikram's heart attack, I think tellywood has made us think by now that one major event with all that flashing lights and loud background music is the only reason for it. which is medically wrong. in science I had learnt, a heart attack is cause by accumulation of unsaturated fat, cholesterol in the main Aorta to the heart and extreme pressure on the heart to pump more blood into the system due to increasing levels of stress. this increase of stress levels doesn't happen overnight and needs time to build up. so all the things you mentioned plus Vatsalya's death and stuff all resulted into causing the heart attack with that meeting being the last point to push his stress level over the line.

As for Narottam and Sudha, we don't exactly know their motive. do they want the Royal steel or do they want to destroy everything and everyone in LM. or Narottam simply doesn't want Avdoot to be the next head for self preservation. also if they want Narottam to be the next heir then their plan is actually good. in case Vikram dies now without naming an heir then Royal steel will go to a trust, so they won't have a choice but to legalize Narottam to be the next heir through blood coz adopting avdoot after Vikram's death does not make him eligible to have the Royal steel. a similar thing had happened to somebody from my locality so this is all I know about the situation. of course there could be other laws which I am not aware of.

Trustees of outside groups investing is a very uncommon scenario. And nothing of that sort was implied. They kept it vague. Shareholders meeting would make sense here. My guess, they simply didn't care for the accuracy of the terms being used.
I understand what a heart attack medically means but I found it a hackneyed plot device.
Unless, more information is given, Narottam has no claim to Royal Steel. Inheritance via Baldev, maybe eligible but Royal Steel, no especially given the will. Satrupa will die before adopting Narottam.
