In every sense, a description like this should have come as a warning to Adhiraj, to keep away from the forbidden fruit.

But all his sense have been shut off by one sparkling girl he cannot help bumping into, every time he visits Lal Mahal. So much so, his detective mind has been lulled into believing Anami is certainly not related to Lal Mahal.

In more sensible times, his brain would tell him everything about Lal Mahal is a chakravyuh, into which even he himself would be drawn in...would be made an unwilling player...that is how dynamic the place is. And so the Lal Gulab keeps teasing him into a game, unknown to herself, she needs him around her, as the game gets tougher.

Is it love?', Would Adhiraj wonder to himself? Love would be such a frivolous word. He simply liked the girl...Enough to concede defeat...Enough to accept her terms of friendship...

He didn't mind her teasing him about his failed attempt at cracking the case. So what if he relives a moment for over half an hour, listening to romantic songs...It was just her honesty and sincerity...and that innocent charm in her that he wanted to protect...She was just a special friend.😉

Little would he know how her connection to Lal Mahal is bound to change alot of things- in his professional and personal life. For now, let him keep getting enchanted by her persona.

But Adhiraj has left the channels for communication open...no matter how they feel about each other in the wake of the DNA Kaand. That is his special gift to her- in case she needed his help...ever...

Anami on her part, can't seem to stop talking about him either. (Precap) She loves retelling that tale of their first meeting...and of course, Poonam has to get an exact word by word account on how she healed his sprain. Lal Mahal is so boring, Adhiraj seems to be the only person Anami is interested in talking about!

What are the other varied flowers and thorns in this garden of Lal Mahal up to?

Pujan got the FIR written in return for the gift he gave the corrupt Police Officer. He seems to turn all the arrows aimed at him into garlands. Adhiraj's charge gave him the opportunity to prove how he has dutifully seen to the company's safety, while the family was bereaving. Narottam's insinuation earned him an apology from Satrupa and his son a massage session.

Satrupa is a formidable lady, indeed...but Pujan outwitted her so cleanly. What a blunder to trust the crafty villain who killed her son, over the greedy Narottam!

Narottam has a simmering psyche...he is way better at plotting than Pujan. What seems like failures to others, is just one step closer to his goal, for him.

Sudha- Speaking in riddles as always...those red glass bangles were a promise...She keeps talking about promises and haq...and she knows everything about the Lal Mahal...obviously she knows the entire family very well...Who made her a promise? Who took away her haq? In the Banaras episode, Guruji had looked at the chart and wondered if again a woman had been chosen..AGAIN?- When was the first time, considering Satrupa has always been only the caretaker of the fortunes...

Baldev - I loved Baldev's dialogue the most, in the CBI fiasco...if even a bit of this accusation turns out to be true...He seems to trust the CBI to come out with more facts to support their allegation.

The DNA test: So Anami plans to tamper and get away, with this one...Adhiraj expects her to be honest. He is probably going to get the result he expected...But when Satrupa exudes her saat roops, it is not going to look pretty for him! Baldev is throwing some papers down in frustration...are those the results? Or just the request for DNA test?

This was the crux of the episode tonight. Idk if you or anyone has noticed this but in a television show each episode is a build up to the tale and each epi comes with a message. And today's episode was summed up by Narottam as he wiped his tears and walked away from a bewildered Satrupa.

Did you think Satrupa has fallen for Pujan's tricks? She knows that Kamini 's jewels were given away and she also knows that while Narottam is capable of lies, he is not as greedy as Pujan. I believe there is going to be more to what Satrupa does to Pujan and Co. She is a grieving mother now but she certainly is not naive. I loved how ruthless she was in the car scene. Narayani nailed Satrupa to the T. And in the fight between Pujan and Satrupa, the latter will have the last laugh, Like Narottam said, Pujan is the Sunaar and Satrupa the lauhar,

Narottam, yes he is serving a purpose but then the question is, what is his purpose? Will he destroy the entire Lal Mahal inmates and Royal Steel for good. Or will he avenge his mother's ill fate? Its interesting how he is playing with a gullible Anami now. Maybe, he will pit Anami against Satrupa.

Ah, Adhiraj and Anami, yes the blossoming leaf of the first love seems to be evoking a sense of deep attraction within them both. But while Adhitaj knows where this is headed, Anami is completely oblivious to it. However, the realisation to them both and the inkling that Anami is Satrupa's daughter may actually take away the charm of the harbouring love. So, I believe that the love story is still a far cry for now.

Adhiraj is a goner 😆.. for now atleast..

He is already personally involved in the case and his attraction for Anami adds another connection to the place he detests..Lal Mahal

He is flirting with the line here..how many more mistakes will he be excused..he shouldn't have mentioned the DNA tests to Anami but he has closed himself so much against the possibility of Anami being Satrupa and Baldevs daughter that he doesn't think it would matter

Interesting to see that he believed Anami in one go when she claimed that she wanted to run away from Lal Mahal instead of thinking that her claims were all part of Satrupa's mega plan

Formidable as Satrupa is, she can't be as ruthless and conniv ing as Pujan is ..how easily he called her bluff..as if he knew she wouldn't kill Avdoot just like that based on a hunch

But Pujan has stiff competition in Narottam

While the former is in everyone's eye now, the latter is trying to manipulate things under the radar..

I always felt like it was way to Early to start the love story part. But when I think about I know the writers must have something planned.

Anami is already starting to cloud AdhiRaj's judgement be was always over confident to begin with but now his slipping up... The DDLJ part had me his a gonna 😆

I love how you described Anami has the forbidden fruit. Because that's exactly what she will be when the DNA results come out. However I don't think Adhi will hold any hard feelings towards her 😳

Coming to our Narottam now 🤗 my favorite player😳 today's episode may look like it backfired on him. But his still the unknown threat so really his still in. The fact that satrupa has now become wary of him makes this game more interesting.

Hi Chick,

Nice write up. With just a handful of people (unlike GoT) the makers are able to keep us guessing. Every episode ends at the right place.

I am really impressed with the whole team. The CVs, the director, the actors - all the actors. Even the lady body guard of Anami - I forget her name. How could everything be so perfect in a serial ?

Not even once did they have any extra or redundant scene.

IN the list of actors in yesterday's episode I do not know whom to praise. Even Avdhoot looked quite shaken and acted very well.

Though finally Satrupa was fooled by Pujan - she lived that role. Literally. She was oozing power in the scene. Where she gave the go ahead to the truck driver. Man, how come she did not get pulled into an Aamir movie ?

Narayani reminds me of Ramya Krishnan. 😉

The episode oscillated between Lal mahal ka lal Gulaab or sau sonar ki ek lohar ki and CVs nailed it. Will there be an episode in this show that will not stump us out👏👏👏

For me this episode belonged to Satrupa and Narottam Bas Bol diya. ⭐️

The lady in power showed us that she is blind just like Dhrutrashtra. Blinded by power, rage, trusting the wrong person, mamta. Although she in charge she was played by Pujan. The truck scene and the scene with Narottam later oozed power, lethality and nirdayata giving goosebump to the viewers. Is this the same lady who sang songs with her son? 👏👏👏 No wonder she is called SAT- RUPA.

Pujan is the Shakuni of this Mahabharat. The one that plays with his brain and not his emotions. He was ready to play mind game with Satrupa even when his son was being sacrificed. A man is ready to go to any extent for Royal Steel. He can go to any extent. He is ready to sacrifice his son. Either by giving him away to Baldev/Satrupa or by just letting him get killed. One Cold blooded manipulator he is. I think it will be either Baldev or Anami who will open veil from his face.

Adhiraaj - What should i tell about him. The guy with power is blinded by his rage on lal mahal. He walks in and out of Lal Mahal as if its not a palace but some public garden. 😲 He is good but again he forgets that this is the high profile case and one wrong move can throw him out of the system. Is he getting affected by Anami or is he just protective of her.To me its too early for this DDLJ songs that they are showing. The girl is just 17 and there has to be the age difference between them. Also if he is related to Lal Mahal then won't they be cousins? 😕😕

Baldev - for once spoke something 👏 albeit its just one sentence but was enough to show that he will not let the culprit live in peace.

PRECAP- 😕 I don't want this love story BAS.

Nice take!
I was very happy when AR went about his business day before y'day after their hand holding, I assumed he wasn't very affected by it and then they showed him sitting pretty & listening to romantic songs.😆
I'm happy that they're planting the seeds of romance before Anami's truth comes out,he's able to relate to her as she is w.o the burden of her lineage.
"Forbidden fruit"- hmm will AR become the forbidden fruit himself to Anami when his truth comes out? His sister won't even let his Dad involved in a case, forget about her bro getting involved with the heir of LM.

With someone like Saturpa doing the forbidding it'll be fun to watch if either or both of them want to taste the fruit. Absolutely loved her terrorizing Pujan & Avdhoot y'day.

i like the parallel of the leads being teased by those around them.

beautiful post Soup 👏👏👏 was waiting for your post as soon as i hear Adhi's sister teasing him about the Lal Gulab in Lal Mahal Garden😳😳

the show is really gripping with ensemble cast and super acting.. I was never a fan of anyone of this show neither have i watched any show of them but when I watched the first episode i Just fall in love with the show and Character every scene and the acting from everyone command attention and its superb⭐️⭐️

I feel the ACP is just smitten by the innocence and courage of Anami at this moment but when she will try to tamper the DNA test and it would question his dedication towards the case and ability of being the best Officer then only he will change is perspective towards Anami and her hatred towards Lal Mahal. then he might try to understand Anami that even being the blood of Lal Mahal she is ready to leave everything behind and go back to her Foster Parents.maybe till then our Adhiraj might have developed some romantic feelings towards Anami 😃😃..

Satrupa acted as revenging mother yesterday when she had a doubt that Pujan might have been involved in Vatsalya's death she looked menacing in that scene. I had goosebumps⭐️⭐️but outsmarted by him and played emotionally she even went to back to apologizing to Avdoot and Pujan and to the point of threatening his life to Narottam 😲😲...but i am sure in coming epi we would be able to see the shrewd businesswoman that satrupa is known for and she could join the dots and put Pujan and Co. in the Radar ..

PS I am not very comfortable about the romantic angle between ACP and Anami Just yet.. let them have more interaction and heart to heart😉😉.. Greedy me

This episode was an eye opener to Satrupa's bulldozer side. She gets wind of something, and she is going to take the bull by the horn...not exactly my idea of a good management decision. Satrupa is emotional...and IMPATIENT...the way she went about getting to the truth was too immature. Doesn't Pujan and everyone else know what she is capable of, when she gets to know who killed her child? This gangster way didn't work...The jewels were stolen with the Royal steel files. With that FIR, Pujan has killed many birds. 1. He gave a reason to why the Supari killer was there in Lal Mahal.2. He got the jewels an alibi. 3. He walked away as the saviour of Royal steel, having dealt with the mishap without troubling anyone else..4. He channelled Satrupa's hatred to that hated child. 5. He patched up things with Satrupa and brought her to the position where she had to ask for his apology... I think the story needed this loop to be closed at this point in time, so that Adhiraj will be portrayed the liar, Pujan hunting down his vested interests...and unfortunately, Adhi has some antagonistic connections to the family. This, coupled with Anami's misadventure is going to cost Adhi quite a lot.

When I mention Satrupa, how can I not bring in Baldev. This behaviour from Satrupa is typically one of the reasons Baldev cannot connect with her. She doesn't look at the repercussions, just rules with an iron hand. She is not a just leader...she is very sincere...but emotions cloud many of her decisions. Like I mentioned in the post already..I was impressed with Baldevs response...He would wait and watch before passing a judgement,..but forget, he will not! And when the punishment comes...when Baldev finally wakes up...that is when Satrupa will finally be able to look up to her husband. I strongly feel so, and I hope Baldev doesn't let me down.😉

Narottam...Narottam...I see the same madness in him, as in Sudha...Both have been wronged...But I don't agree with their plot. Like you asked, what is his purpose? Thankfully, he seems more clear headed than Sudha...He wants to be the heir. He is getting there, no matter what it takes.
