Hi everyone, I have been watching this show and recently came to this forum.
I read a few posts (and they are amazing) but what surprised me the most that majority of the people are saying that Anami would soon be accepted by the family and she herself would adjust to this family as well.
While this can be true but I beg to differ.
See the show is named "Rishton ka Chakravuh" and not "Rishton ki dor" or something like that.
This is a chakravyuh, every character inside Lal Mehal is very layered, has shades of grey, and is mostly dominated by the thoughts of power game.
A lot of posts had been made regarding different characters but I am just going to list them all over again with the chakravyuh perspective.

Vaatsalya
Whose one and only goal was freedom
The boy who was denied freedom, because he was heir to a ten thousand crore property.
Considering how Vaatsalya wrote the poems, he was an artist, a bird caged who longed for freedom, someone who loved his family and had a heart of gold.
But there is one more interesting thing to note, Vaatsalya readily took the risk of running away when instigated by Pujan, even when danger was obvious and even though he was just 17, it is still not that naive an age that you cannot understand the danger involved and the heartache his family, specially his mother would go through. Clearly Vaatsalya had a carefree attitude which is in complete contrast with his sister, who said that she is not the one who would run away behind someone's back.
Vaatsalya got the freedom he craved for, but his family was shedding tears in sorrow, not only for Vaatsalya but also for the heir of the family.
His freedom had led to his family creating a chakravyuh for Anami.

Baldev
The man who never wants to be blamed
Baldev hates being blamed, irrespective of whether he has committed a sin or not.
See Baldev was a perfect dad to Vaatsalya (barring a few things) because he could connect to Vaatsalya. Vaatsalya while leaving the house knew about the dangers, well so did Baldev when he was doing all those things which he knew his family wouldnt approve of. Why? Because both the father and son did not wanted to be caged.
But there is one difference, Vaatsalya only wanted freedom and not the perks of the family.
Apparently, baldev wanted freedom, fun, perks and the throne as well.
Baldev hates it when someone blames him, even if he was at mistake. So his reaction to his guilt is always blaming people around him.
Baldev has an illegitimate child. Now what to do?
Blame Narottam, even if it is illogical blame him.
Vaatsalya died when he ran away. In a way, Satrupa was right about not sending him to Delhi, as they have already seen the consequence of V stepping outside Lal Mehal, and the one who was encouraging for this idea was Baldev. Bladev knew this .
So he goes to Satrupa and blames her for V's death. It is again illogical but he doesnt care. As long as he can put the blame on someone else.
Satrupa brings home Anami, Baldev again blames Satrupa.
It is understandable, afterall Satrupa lied.
But he is not angry about Anami's hidden identity. He balmes Satrupao for having an illegitimate child. Now logically this is not even possible as if it was true, wouldnt Satrupa's preganancy time say it all. But Baldev blamed her for this, as his whole life he had been blamed for this only. He wants to take that out on Satrupa because he somewhere holds her responsible for the mistake that he has committed.
Baldev's father asks for him to do something for him, he outrightly says what have you done for me?
He believes that he is pretty talented, but was not given a chance.
Baldev also believes that Satrupa has always taken advantage of him and his father's broken realtionship, not realising that the actual person who has taken advantage is Pujan.
Baldev clearly lacks intelligence and he also never takes responsibility of his actions.
Now a lot of people have written that he would be a great father to Anami but I seriously want to ask one thing. How good a father is he to Narottam? And on what grounds can we expect him to be a good father to Anami? He never played a nice father to Narottam, also when Vaatsalya asks to go to delhi he encourages him where he should have talked to him to motivate him to go to America as their is danger lurking around V in Delhi.
Baldev however has one strength. He is a pretty emotional person, and tries to be free from what all is going around in Lal Mehal.
But what stands above his positive traits is Baldev's incapability to take responsibility, and blaming everyone else for that. This attitude of his has played a strong part in this chakravyuh.
Even if he and Anami reconcile, I doubt his support would be useful to Anami in the long run.

Satrupa
The player who plays to win
Satrupa loved Vaatsalya, but not to the extent that she valued his freedom.
Satrupa loves Anami, but did not took a stand in front of guruji, rather she sent the girl away.
Satrupa was deceived by her inlaws, and at that time she was not even 17. As a result, Satrupa hates being deceived, she is always on her toes when it comes to the Lal Mehal people, she knows that when they say Satrupa you are like a son to us, they are lying.
Satrupa was given importance in the house and buisness not as a reward but as a compensation. And that is Satrupa's biggest problem, she does not wants compensation but reward.
Satrupa plays games, but that is out their in open. She does not believes in acting but in actions.
What gets into her is the power of Lal Mehal which once deceived her, and she is still not able to forget it. This frenzy has led her to make pawns of her own children in the power game.
Also not to forget that out of all the people, only Satrupa has the intellect to see trough Pujan.
Satrupa is the one who lured or should I say forced Anami to enter this Chakravyuh.

Narottam
The soul who has been tortured beyond repair
Narottam is the elder son of Baldev, but Baldev gives a could shoulder to him. He has been tortured ever since he can remember, also forced to dance like a girl so that they can insult him. Basically he has been emotionally, physically and mentally abused for the longest time.
Just as V craved for freedom, N craved for being V.
He is not the one he has been forced to become, but I believe soon his real personality would start to dominate.
He has already started to harbour the negative feelings, and no one can blame him considering the amount of torture he has gone through.
N has always been degraded by these people, and from what I can infer he would love to do the same to these people.
Much like Satrupa, the power game is not what he wants, it is what he needs, there is no other way to survive.
Right now, N is secretly making efforts to enter this game. His need to be a part of the race but he is not at all recognised as a player, or even as a family member, this makes him a strong part of this chakravyuh and that too an invisible one.

Vikram
Family business and reputation is above all
The ruler of the throne can do anything for the honour of the family, he can deceive a girl into marrying his son, he can exclude his own son in his will, he can make Avdoot the heir, he can even try to kill someone, he can even announce a 17 year old girl as their heir which he is certain is not related to the family, all this to save family's imaginary honour.
He says that Satrupa is like a son, but when discussing who the heir will be, he just says Bladev is no more a part of his will. He does not even mentions Satrupa's name to atleast reason why she cannot be the heir.
There are 2 more people whom he does not name - Narottam and Pujan.
He does not even feel like denying them to be heir, only Baldev gets that right. This clearly indicates the importance that he gives to these 3 characters. What is most interesting is that these 3 characters will be the most important one to play the power game in the coming episodes IMO.
Vikram's idea to sustain the family honour has provided strong foundations to this chakravyuh, and the roots that he has provided are red - Lal the colour of blood.

Pujan
The "Hit the Iron when its hot" man
The man who wants the power no matter what, the guy who can kill anyone for achieving his goal and even while doing all this he makes sure to keep the facade on.
The most intelligent player, who loves to act innocent, he is the lion who is hiding under the hide of a sheep.
He knows what to do, when to do and how to do. Never lost his patience, nor did he stopped trying, he always manages to make his brain work even in the most hopeless situations.
Pujan wants power, but something makes me believe that it is not only about power but also something personal affects him.
Whatever happens, one cannot deny that he is the most lethal player of this chakravyuh, the one who's sole concentration is to take out anyone who enters this circle, and that too by unfair means.

I have not written about Adhiraj, Gayatri, Guruji, Pujan's Family, Anami's family and Anami right now. Will fill in about them later.
