I just noticed R ka Charavyuh is not inspired by Mahabharata or Game of Thrones but also by the story of God Krishna!
What's happening with Anami is like what happened to God Krishna. He was Devaki's son but to protect him from Kansa, who wanted to kill the eighth child of Devaki and Vasudev. So Vasudev took God Krishna and gave him to Nanda who was his friend in exchange to Nanda's daughter who was anyway god durga so nahh didn't get killed. The point is it's similar to how Satrupa's PA(I forgot her name for Christ's sake! D something) gave Anami to Pandit Murari Pathak to keep Anami safe from the Kaal as Guruji said.
Later Lord Krishna grew up and went back to and killed Kansa. Lord Krishna ended up ruling and bringing peace and fairness in his kingdom. Similarly Anami might be going back to kill the evil as in to bring the justice to people that have gotten hurt and been treated unfairly by the Lal Mehal? As in Narottam, Adhiraj, and even Sudha? It's possible that she's going there to bring justice to her twin brother and not just to become a heir?
Talking about being a heir, Anami might become the heir just like Krishna did and end up ruling there. Though I think she'll go back to her foster family in Banaras. Maybe Narottam might become the heir and get accepted in the family. This way both Narottam and Sudha end up getting their justice.
Also Anami will end up making peace with her identity that clearly has left her unsettled since the time she has found out about it. She keeps on questioning as to why her mother left her.
Anyhow this show looks inspired by a lot of mythological stories looks like 😆
P.S. Lord Krishna was only 16 when he went back to his birthplace and killed Kansa, and Anami is only 17 too! ; )
P.P.S. I am sorry if I got any inforamtion wrong on Lord Krishna! Please feel free to correct me : )

Anami's story similar to Krishna & karna

But yes satrupa isn't devki maa, devki is selfless
Satrupa is exactly like kunti. Both are selfish women

TThe execution and storytelling in a modern day setting is amazing though inspired by diff mytho stories.

I am not familiar with Indian mythos, so cant add much to your post.

Today saw a slight glimpse of pride in Satrupa when Anami walked past her as her daughter. That swag!

But that Sudha is quite a villain. WHo knows she might be the one responsible for Vatsayla's accident or might have captured and kidnapped him and kept him somewhere.

Satrupa as Kunti! Ah I see what you mean here! Because Kunti let go KArna when he was born just like Satrupa did!

@bold: Oh yes!! Totally forgot about it, but yes it was there! I saw it too! Both SAtrupa and Baldev looked a little aww and emotional by their daughter today! I loved their scenes!
Sudha is a big villain! Totally agree! But then I feel like she has planned something big and is just waiting for the right time. She'll bring her Red Fire with herself 😆

More than Krishna it is Karna. Because Krishna was never bitter towards his parents for sending him away.
But Karna was angry with society that denied him a fair chance. He had lot of bitterness towards Arjuna whom he considered his rival as he got all attention.

Also if you take Satrupa as Kunti it is infact Karna. Because before the war, Krishna makes kunti take a long walk towards her discarded son and get the boon for protecting her other 4 sons. Karna gives her the boon that it will be between him and Arjuna and he will not kill any of the other 4 Pandavas.

Here also guruji makes Satrupa go to her discarded daughter to protect her kingdom. If you ask me the Krishna of the show is guruji and pujan shakuni.

But as story progresses it can change.

Pranneet will play sakuni in his life
Before directly he became sakuni
Now indirectly as pujan

True. Its not just Krishna but its a blend of many similar characters, I think. Krishna, Karna and may be Abhimanyu too. Krishna and Karna both have very similar lives, if you observe.

Devaki and Vasudev gave Krishna away, because they were imprisoned by Kansa and the child's life is in danger. Kunti gave Karna away, because she is imprisoned by the rules society imposes on women. Devaki's shackles can be seen, but the shackles Kunti wore for life are invisible.

Krishna wasn't bitter about his life experiences, because he had pleasant childhood experiences and he received only love from the people of Gokul. He still lived the life of a prince and he knows what his biological parents are going through at Kansa's hands. If anything he will only have the need to rescue his parents from Kansa's clutches and give them a peaceful life henceforth. Karna, on the other hand, is denied opportunities and ridiculed at every step because of his "low" birth. Bitter early childhood experiences turn a person bitter, most probably for life. Even after knowing that he was her son, Kunti still couldn't acknowledge him as her eldest son for the fear of ridicule from society. I think he turned out into a fair person with a giving heart, in spite of not getting much from the society.

Anami has both these traits. Right now she doesn't know what storms Satrupa is fighting through behind the facade she puts up for the society. She thinks her mother is selfish (matlabi), but as she lives in that house among those people, she will probably be able to see the shackles holding Satrupa back from being just a loving mother. Hopefully one day she will be able to free her mother and all the others who are suffering because of that family.
