Why was Diya so shattered when Ratan threw her out of the house? The strong Diya's composure was reduced to shambles. I feel that Diya was shattered as the one whom she made so much sacrifices for, did not appreciate her sacrifices or trust her after all. Moreover, though I'm not sure if Diya will ever admit it, she does see Ratan as a friend. He was one of the rare few who trusted and cared about her in that house. Those who are close to us have the power to hurt us the most.
However, I hope that the makers after this, show Diya gathering her wits and strength and standing up to Ratan and his family to carry out her responsibilities. This is the Sherni Diya, who fought with the attackers to save Ratan. The Diya who tricked Ratan and made him agree to a fake engagement. We need to see that strong and smart Diya again after this. It's okay to have a breakdown after encountering such a big obstacle, but we need to see Diya picking herself up and fighting her enemies again.
PS. Though I'm not sure if Ratan throwing Diya out of the house is an act or not, but it's great that the makers are keeping the details about the upcoming twist under wraps. But I hope they do justice to this great build-up and show some wonderful and logical twists ahead! đ
