the only thing i can think of is that this is pre the danda on his hand. so diya gets arrested. needs ratan to bail her out. abhay uses this time to plant the camera by paying inspector...accept that i would have thought the payment would have been afterwards. and if that is true then why did abhay have camera in his hand when he paid them

i don't know if the guy was trying to record what he thought would be intimate moments between a newly married royal couple and then leak it out.
